About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Helpdesk Support Analyst to handle incoming support issues from client organisations, as part of the operations team working in our growing Newcastle office. The role will also include some office admin tasks to help the smooth running of the Newcastle office.
Main Responsibilities
Support Desk
· Learn the products created by mkodo and apply knowledge to incoming support queue to diagnose and triage issues, training will be given
· Provide initial review of reported issue by following the steps to repeat
· Escalate issues as needed, either to project team or management
· Communicate between the various teams to ensure issues are responded to by the most appropriate person/team
· Keep the support tickets up to date
· Report on SLAs of the helpdesk to management
· Work within the Operations team to help administer internal systems access
Office Administration
· Assistance on any other administrative tasks that may arise

Grads onboarded as a cohort and focus on specific roles

Onboarding sessions and initial training

Grads present project to execs/senior leadership team. Start more compex project.
