Category Details

Best Tech Employer: This category acknowledges smaller companies with 50-249 employees that have made significant strides over the past 18 months in attracting and retaining women in their tech roles.

Best Employer for Training: mkodo’s commitment to employee development is celebrated in this category, which honors employers whose training programs equip women in tech with the skills and opportunities to advance in their careers.

Best Graduate Employer: mkodo is honored to be recognised again in this category, following our shortlisting in 2022 and 2023. This award highlights employers that go the extra mile to support female STEM graduates, providing them with the tools and opportunities to kick-start their careers in tech. mkodo’s Graduate Developer Scheme, established over five years ago by Managing Director and Co-Founder Stuart Godfree, is dedicated to fostering the next generation of talent in technology.
